Charoset - Modified from a Yemenite Recipe
- 8 ounces Chopped Dates
- 1 Chopped Green Apple (cored)
- 1/2 Cup Chopped Nuts
- 1/3 Cup of Manischewitz Wine
- 2 Tablespoons Matzah Meal
- 3 Tablespoons Sesame Seeds
- 1 Teaspoon Ground Ginger
- Dash of Cinnamon
- Dash of Cayenne Pepper
Mix together, chill and serve.
