Passover Chicken and Chips
Dip chicken pieces into eggs and then coat thoroughly with potato chips.
Lay flat in baking pan.
Bake at 375 approximately 20 minutes.
- 3 boneless, butterflied chicken breasts (3 breasts butterflied equals 12 pieces)
- Passover potato chips, crushed
- 2 beaten eggs
This is delicious (and the kids will love it too!)
