First you make the dough, then you open it, spread the margarine, as much as
it takes, folded like a package, wrap it in plastic, and leave it in the
refrigerator for 24 hours. Next day repeat the procedure with the margarine.
Leave it in the refrigerator until you are ready to use it.

- 3 tbs of vinegar
