Cauliflower FrittersBoil a small cauliflower in salted water until tender (or use a package of frozen). Drain and mash wel. Mix 1/2 cup of matzah meal, two beaten eggs and 1 Tbsp. of oil, salt & pepper. Add to mashed cauliflower and beat very well.
