Bernice's Homemade Potato Latkes
- 6 Potatoes
- 2 Eggs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 small onion grated
- 2 Tablespoons flour
- 1/4 cup oil for frying
Peel and grate potatoes. Mix all ingredients together except oil. Pour oil into frying pan and heat.
Drop potato mixture by tablespoon onto frying pan. Fry latkes until golden brown and then turn and cook
other site. Serves 6. Perfect with applesauce.
